Kids in Christ Service
KICS is an acronym for Kids In Christ Service. Our KICS group is a tremendously exciting ministry.
Bible study in a cemetery where primary students learn about Christ's victory over death. Class meetings on a running track at a local high school where youngsters are taught about the race of life. Meeting at a arboretum where children learn about the beauty of God's creation. Taking the class to various parts of the city where other children can come and learn about God's love. Visiting local nursing homes and singing to the residents, collecting food or practicing for the annual Grandparents Tea, these are just a few of the activities which our KICS group (grades 1-6) might find themselves involved in.
Our KICS meet every Sunday and Wednesday to sing, pray and have fun with each other as they learn about our Awesome God in a very personal and practical way.
